At this years Congress for Nutri- and Fytotherapie in Belgium, the award for Most Innovative Product of 2009 went to the beta-glucan supplement Primmuno from Pharma Nord.
The presentation of Primmuno, an innovative new supplement containing special 1,3-1,6 beta-glucans from yeast, drew much attention at the congress. The ability of beta-glucans from yeast to prime and stimulate the innate immune system offers a range of interesting potential health benefits by taking them as a supplement.
Erwin Missiaen, Country Manager of Pharma Nord Belgium, was both proud and happy to accept the award.
“We believe that Primmuno has a very strong potential, especially for people who would like to boost their immune system. The award from Nutri- and Fytotherapie will show both consumers and distributors that this is a product that they should take notice of.”
